  Since 1990, Balloons and Flowers by Haley has expanded it's scope to provide a full range
 of decorating services including theme pieces, wedding and stage decor, and funeral flowers.
  Balloons and Flowers by Haley is a business owned by a former graphic artist, and is
 supported by a talented staff of decorators, floral designers, artists, and technicians.
